Our Programs

Building Public Safety from the Ground Up

At CodedChange, we design programs that support youth, strengthen frontline workers, and provide communities with the infrastructure needed to create safety and healing on their own terms. We believe those impacted by violence are the best equipped to lead real change.

Safety by us Fellowship

A paid, full-time leadership fellowship for community impacted by violence. Fellows gain hands-on experience in community-based safety work, receive weekly professional development, and help support violence prevention efforts in schools and neighborhoods.

Motion Linked Application

A secure, field-tested mobile tool created to support the safety of frontline practitioners. The application helps track outreach efforts, enhance accountability, and ensure rapid communication during high-risk moments in the field. Designed by those doing the work — for those doing the work.

Technical Assistance for Violence Prevention

We support community-based organizations and local agencies in building stronger violence prevention programs. Our technical assistance includes strategic planning, training, digital infrastructure guidance, and systems support. Whether launching a new initiative or strengthening an existing one, we help teams increase impact, safety, and sustainability in their violence prevention work.

Youth Programming & Violence Prevention

Our youth-focused programs create safe, empowering spaces for healing, connection, and growth. We center young people impacted by violence, offering tools for identity-building, leadership, and life skill development — all within a violence prevention framework.

Advocacy & Systems Change

We work alongside community leaders, coalitions, and institutions to shift how safety is defined, funded, and delivered. Through policy advocacy, strategic partnerships, and narrative change, we push for systems that prioritize care, healing, and community voice.
Lastly, since CodedChange is a new organization, we don’t yet have original photography from our programs or community work. Because of that, it may be best to go a different direction with the layout — leaning into illustrations, textures, and symbolic graphics that represent our mission without relying on stock photos that may not feel authentic. This approach allows us to keep the design visually strong and aligned with our brand while we build our own photo library over time.
